Meet our Team
Robyn Dame-Cole, Co-owner - Practice Director - Dental Hygienist
Robyn and her husband, Dr. James Cole, own the practice together, and she maintains multiple roles, including office administrator, staff trainer, and OSHA compliance officer. She is also a part-time hygienist within the practice. She's been in the dental field for over 24 years. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene from Baylor College of Dentistry, where she completed her studies in 1989. She later taught as a clinical professor at Baylor and has taught part-time on and off through the years at the San Juan College Dental Hygiene School. Her education also includes Academic Language Therapist training from the Multi-Sensory Training Institute. In order to keep up with the latest in dental hygiene, she participates in 15-20 hours of continuing education annually. She loves the way that everyone in the practice strives for excellence and treats every patient like family. The entire staff works well together, and they're all friends. Kindness and compassion are foundational values for the practice, and the entire staff approaches treatment with servants' hearts. She is committed to excellence in details. She and Dr. Cole have three children and one loyal Weimaraner. She is so thankful for her family, both those that live nearby and those that live in Texas. Robyn is very involved in her church, and she teaches Sunday school. Dyslexia therapy is another of her passions, and she enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, fitness, and working with high school students.
Jana, Front Office Manager - Insurance & Billing coordinator
Jana strives to help our patients understand their treatment options and insurance benefits, and nothing feels better than seeing someone gain self-confidence from having their smile transformed. She has been in the dental field for over 10 years and started as an assistant. She eventually became a Financial Coordinator and has since grown into an Office Manager that handles all insurance billing.
Donnalita, Dental Assistant
Donnalita has been building relationships with patients and making a difference in their smiles for over 15 years. She completed her dental training at Apollo College. A Farmington native, she and her husband have been together for over 15 years and have four children. They love to travel and make memories as a family. One of their favorite places to visit is Disneyland-- they never get tired of it! Back at home, she spends her downtime trying new restaurants or organizing family game and movie nights.
Stephanie, Front Office Business Assistant - Hygiene Coordinator
As our Hygiene Coordinator, Stephanie gets to interact with many of our patients and get to know them, and she says that serving people you truly understand makes the experience all the more rewarding. She has been a part of the dental world for over a decade and previously served as a billing specialist. Stephanie comes from Farmington and is married with three children. When she isn’t spending time with them, she likes to go camping and razor riding.
Yuli, Front Office Business Assistant – Doctor & Financial Coordinator
Nothing makes Yuli happier than recognizing a returning patient and getting a chance to catch up with them. A graduate of San Juan College, she served as an orthodontic assistant and scheduling coordinator before assuming her current role. Yuli and her husband have two children, and her favorite thing to do is spend quality time with them. She is also an avid reader and tries to travel whenever she can.
Danni, Dental Hygienist
Danni says that the best thing about her job is having the opportunity to get to know our patients and build relationships with them. She also loves helping people feel confident in their smiles! She received her Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at San Juan College and then earned her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at the University of New Mexico. She also teaches part-time as an adjunct instructor in the San Juan College Dental Hygiene Program. Danni enjoys weightlifting, yoga, embroidery, and most of all, hanging out with her family and beloved dog, Summer.
